We love the New Year. It's great because it gives everyone a clean slate with which they can do anything. And already, we have women coming in who feel a new year deserves a new bra. We totally agree and are happy to help.

In the summertime, our schedules tend to dissolve and we spend more time at the beach than in the gym. That's okay, that just makes us human. Now that September is creeping up on our calendars, though, it's time to get back at it. It's time to take care of our bodies and ourselves.

It used to be that women had two choices for sports bras: either they would be almost useless, leading to uncontrollable bouncing and pain or they would induce uncomfortable compression against the chest in the most unflattering way. Not to mention the fact that both options tended to pinch and reduce easy movement Well, this is no longer the case....

Recently, we had the pleasure of watching a good friend of the store participate in her first half-marathon, the Comox Valley RV Half Marathon on March 22nd. It was amazing watching her train so hard to do something that neither of us had ever accomplished. But what because clear to us was that: You Need a Sports Bra.
