Shipping and Returns

We currently ship within Canada only. We offer free shipping on $100.00 or more, orders under $100 carry a $16 flat rate shipping fee.

 Due to health and safety we are unable to return or exchange panties, thongs,

body suits, swimwear or lingerie sets that would include these items. Returns on anything that does not have a gusset are accepted for items that are in the same condition they came, are unworn and still have original tags on the garment. Anything worn or without the tags in tact is non refundable. 

  Online purchases that qualify for full refund must be post marked within 7 days of receipt, and exchanges or credit can be given for items post marked within 14 days of receipt. 

 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For an exchange the shipping back is the responsibility of the customer, however we will ship replacement at no extra cost.
