Shipping and Returns

We currently ship within Canada only. We offer free shipping on $100.00 or more, orders under $100 carry a $15 flat rate shipping fee.

Due to health and safety we are unable to return or exchange panties, thongs,
body suits, or lingerie sets that would include these items.

Defective products will be taken back on a case by case basis

Online purchases that qualify for returns or exchanges can shipped back and post marked within the 10 day timeline.

Full refund for qualifying merchandise can be made within 30 days of purchase
as long as product is unworn/used, unwashed with tags still in place

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If exchanging product, the customer is responsible for return shipping of the product, but we will ship the exchange at no extra cost.
